6-Wire core identification
Cable components are identified by insulation coloring, and different colors are used to distinguish the strands within the pairs (groups). Different color spectra, color bands, or numbers can be used to distinguish and identify the wire groups, or according to customer requirements.
7-Sheath color
Black or as per customer's requirement
8-Special performance requirements
Flame retardant A/B/C grade, high and low temperature resistance, etc.
9- Cable application characteristics
9.1 The maximum long-term rated temperature allowed for the cable conductor during normal operation:
Silicone rubber insulation: 180℃; Fluoroplastic insulation: 200℃.
9.2 The temperature of cable installation should not be lower than -20℃
9.3 Minimum bending radius for cable installation:
For non-armored cables or copper wire braided shielded flexible cables: the bending radius shall not be less than 6 times the outer diameter of the cable;
Cables with copper tape, copper-plastic tape or aluminum-plastic tape shielding:
The bending radius shall not be less than 12 times the outer diameter of the cable.
9.4 This cable is widely used in industrial automation instrumentation and control systems (ICS) , distributed control systems (DCS) , and programmable logic controllers (PLCs) operating in high or low temperature environments with a rated voltage of 300/500V . As a connecting line between electronic computers, industrial automation instruments, sensors, and actuators, it enables the automatic control of analog and digital signal systems such as detection, control, alarm, and interlocking, and transmits analog and digital signals such as detection, control, interlocking, and alarming of process variables in production equipment. It exhibits excellent resistance to magnetic field interference, electrostatic interference, and insect and bird damage. It can be installed indoors or outdoors , directly buried , or in cable conduits and trenches.
