6-Wire core identification
|
6.1 Insulation coloring identification:
6.1.1 When colored insulation is used for identification of insulated wire cores, each insulated wire core may only use one color, except for the green/yellow combination color.
6.1.2 The insulation core colors of any multi-core cable cannot be green and yellow, which are not combined colors.
6.1.2 For green/yellow insulated wire cores, one color shall cover at least 30% and not more than 70% of the surface of the insulated wire core, and the other color shall cover the rest and be consistent throughout.
6.1.4 The preferred color spectrum for insulation coloring of cables with five cores or less is as follows:
2 cores: no preferred color spectrum; 3 cores: green/yellow, blue, brown or blue, black, brown;
4 cores: green/yellow, blue, black, brown or blue, black, brown, gray or orange;
5-core: green/yellow, blue, black, brown, grey or orange, or blue, black, brown, grey, orange or other different colors.
6.1.5 When there are special requirements for chromatography, the supply and demand parties can negotiate and determine according to customer requirements.
6.2 Insulation digital identification:
6.2.1 Cables with seven or more cores shall be identified by numbers. The insulation shall be of the same color and arranged numerically from the inner layer to the outer layer in natural order starting with the No. 1 insulated core (black insulation with white lettering is recommended), except for the green/yellow insulated core (if any).
6.2.2 When the sign consists of a single number, a horizontal line should be added under the number. When the sign consists of two numbers, they should be arranged vertically and a horizontal line should be added under the latter number. The interval di between two adjacent groups of numbers should not be greater than 50mm. The arrangement of the digital identification signs is shown in the figure below:

|
|
7-Sheath color
|
Black or as per customer's requirement
|
|
8-Special performance requirements
|
Flame retardant A/B/C grade, low smoke and halogen-free, termite-proof, rodent-proof, UV-resistant, low-temperature-resistant, mineral oil-resistant, etc.
|
|
9- Cable application characteristics
|
9.1 The maximum long-term rated temperature allowed for the cable conductor during normal operation is 90°C.
9.2 The maximum allowable temperature of the cable conductor during short circuit (duration not exceeding 5 seconds) is 250℃.
9.3 The cable installation temperature should not be lower than 0 ℃
9.4 Minimum bending radius for cable installation:
9.4.1 Soft structure cable:
The bending radius shall not be less than 6 times the outer diameter of the cable.
9.4.2 Unarmored cables:
The bending radius shall not be less than 8 times the outer diameter of the cable.
9.4.3 Armoured and metal shielded cables:
The bending radius shall not be less than 12 times the outer diameter of the cable.
9.5 This cable is widely used in control, signal transmission, monitoring and protection circuit systems with rated voltage of 450/750V and below to ensure safe, stable and efficient operation of electrical systems. It can be fixedly installed and used indoors , outdoors , r directly buried in cable pipes and cable trenches
